Q. Who arranges for someone to conduct the ceremony?
A. You have to arrange your own registrar, minister or celebrant to conduct the ceremony.
Q. Do you provide music for the ceremony?
A. No, as music is such a personal choice we ask that you provide us with a CD or alternative to be played. Please note that if a registrar is conducting your ceremony they may request to check your musical choices beforehand.
Q. Are there facilities for me to get ready at the hotel if I hold my ceremony here?
A. Yes, these would need to be agreed in advance.
Q. What is the room hire charge for holding my ceremony at the hotel?
A. The Charge for having your ceremony in the hotel is £150.00
Q. Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
A. As long as we are informed prior to the Big Day, we can prepare a suitable option.
Q. My favourite meal is not on your menus, can I ask for it?
A. Of course, we will be happy to discuss your individual requirements.
Q. Can I bring my own food for my meal or evening buffet?
A. Unfortunately the hotel does not allow this.
Q. Can I bring my own wine?
A. Food & Beverage of any kind are not permitted to be brought into the hotel by the wedding party or their guests.
Q. How much deposit do I have to pay to confirm?
A. A £500 non refundable deposit is required then a further £500 six months later.
Q. Can my guests use confetti or party poppers etc in the hotel?
A. Unfortunately, we do not permit these items to be used in the Hotel.
Q. Can I make a monthly payment towards my final bill?
A. Of course you can, though please remember all payments are non refundable.
